How long does shipping take?
Ready-to-ship models dispatch within 3–5 business days via FedEx International Priority. Most destinations receive orders within 3–7 days total.
What is included with my order?
Every watch ships with complimentary full-set packaging: wooden presentation box, documentation, warranty card, and matching serial numbers — at no extra cost.
What if my package is damaged or seized by customs?
We bear 100% of the risk. Transit damage? Send a video for immediate replacement or refund. Customs seizure? We reship at no cost or provide a full refund.
